We are asking each family to do a few things regarding concessions:
1-Work two 90 minute shifts in the concession stand. Shifts are broken out by team. You can sign up for your two shifts by going to www.timetosignup.com/northernyorklax. *Girls teams will be responsible for the shifts on Sunday, May 4th. You can sign up under any other sheet if you would like to help more.
2 – Donate items to the concession stand. By keeping our operating costs down all funds raised can go directly to the players. We have signup sheets created for our first weekend of home games. Additional sheets will be created once we see how this weekend goes.
You will also see a signup sheet for Concession Stand Startup Items – if you can contribute any of the listed items it would be appreciated. The items that you need to startup a concession stand are numerous and the costs add up. Every item that is donated helps defray the costs
*When signing up for items, please be conscious of when your game is and when we will need the item.
Please review the following guidelines for donations:
U9 parents - You will always play first and will help setup the concession stand. Part of that will be putting together the fruit salad and veggies w/ dip so it would make sense for you to sign up for these items. Once those items are taken, please spread out over the other categories.
U11 & U13 parents - spread out over the categories so we have a constant flow of items arriving at the concession stand.
U15 parents - you will always play last and will help tear down the concession stand. Please sign up for drinks and non-perishable items. We will make arrangements to get the items dropped off/picked up prior to that weekend.
GIRL'S TEAMS: if you can sign up for something perishable and drop it off at the field on game day that would be great. Otherwise, sign up for drinks and non-perishable items. We will make arrangements to get the items dropped off / picked up prior to that weekend. Also, you have one day where you will be responsible for both volunteering at the stand and donating the items (May 4th).
EVERYONE: We will begin setting up the concession stand an hour before the first game. You are welcome to drop off your items any time after that.

The Chicken BBQ went GREAT!!!! We had a very successful fundraiser and hope to do it again next year!
Hoss's Community Night for NYLC

This is a great fundraiser for our club. All that you have to do is go to Hoss's and eat! There is no additional cost to you, you just pay the bill as you regularly would. Hoss's will give NYLC a portion of the proceeds for everyone who eats there that day! We will be emailing everyone a flyer. You MUST have that flyer with you when you go to Hoss's, or NYLC will not get credit. Please also forward the flyer to your friends and family and ask them to eat at Hoss's that day too! Please remind them that they have to have the flyer for NYLC to benefit. We will also have flyers at the concession stands at the games in case you need one or would like to give them to grandparents, etc that may not have email.
