Volunteers:
Committees will be formed periodically and will be made up of parents of participating players. Each committee will be focused on specific club needs that affect all club members and the overall operation. Additional adult volunteers will be recruited as needed to ensure the club’s growth is managed and the financial solvency is monitored to allow the Northern York Lacrosse Club, the best opportunity to succeed.

Coaching Staff:
You do not need to have played lacrosse to coach lacrosse. While some coaches have played lacrosse, the reality is that lacrosse is "new" to this area and our kids are playing a sport we didn't have when we were in school. We have a strong coaching staff and they will provide anyone interested in coaching the training and support they need to coach lacrosse. The NYLC will also pay for any advanced training you may want to take. The majority of our head coaches have advanced training. ALL of our coaches have passed background checks.
